MadeInTurkey.Com (the “Platform”) is a multi-vendor marketplace operated exclusively by Dotcom Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
The domain name MadeInTurkey.Com is owned by Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc., which has no operational, managerial, financial, legal, or administrative involvement whatsoever in the Platform.

Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc. and Dotcom Marketing LLC are separate legal entities. While certain owners may overlap, such overlap does not create shared responsibilities, joint liability, agency, or partnership of any kind.
All operational duties—including vendor onboarding, customer support, financial management, platform decisions, shipping policies, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and marketplace administration—belong solely to Dotcom Marketing LLC.

No Liability of Parent Company

Users and vendors agree that Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc.:

  • Is not responsible for any transactions, products, disputes, performance issues, losses, or damages.

  • Shall never be named in any lawsuit, arbitration, or administrative complaint arising from Platform use.

  • Is fully protected by a complete and irrevocable release of liability from all users and vendors.

Product Responsibility

All products are listed, sold, manufactured, and fulfilled by independent third-party vendors, not by Dotcom Marketing LLC or Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc.

Dotcom Marketing LLC:

  • Does not produce, inspect, or guarantee products

  • Does not verify vendor claims, certifications, or legality

  • Cannot be held responsible for vendor actions, omissions, or misconduct

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of MadeInTurkey.Com.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must leave the Platform immediately.

1. Platform Ownership & Operation

  • The domain MadeInTurkey.Com is owned by Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc.

  • The Platform is operated exclusively by Dotcom Marketing LLC.

  • Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc. bears zero liability and has no involvement in business decisions, vendor relations, operations, or customer issues.

2. Marketplace Role

MadeInTurkey.Com provides a digital environment where third-party vendors sell their own products.
Dotcom Marketing LLC is not the seller of record for any vendor product.

Accordingly:

  • Vendors are independent businesses

  • Vendors are fully responsible for legality, safety, certification, fulfillment, and accuracy

  • Dotcom Marketing LLC is a facilitator, not a merchant of goods

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide truthful information

  • Comply with all applicable laws

  • Not engage in fraud, abuse, or platform manipulation

  • Not circumvent the Platform or engage in off-platform transactions

4. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must:

  • Maintain business licenses, insurance, and legal compliance

  • Sell only authentic, legal, properly certified goods

  • Set accurate product descriptions

  • Handle shipping, returns, and customer inquiries promptly

  • Take sole responsibility for product quality, safety, and legality

Dotcom Marketing LLC may request compliance documentation at any time.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors may not:

  • Sell illegal or restricted goods

  • Misrepresent product origin or certification

  • Upload harmful, defamatory, or infringing content

  • Attempt to interfere with Platform operations

  • Perform unauthorized data scraping or reverse engineering

6. Payment, Fees & Commissions

Vendors acknowledge:

  • Customers pay MadeInTurkey.Com

  • Dotcom Marketing LLC deducts commissions and fees

  • Vendor payouts occur after deduction of applicable charges

Fees may be modified with advance notice as required under Vendor Agreement.

7. Warranty & Guarantee Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

Dotcom Marketing LLC makes no warranties regarding:

  • Product quality, legality, safety, origin, or authenticity

  • Vendor reliability

  • Accuracy of listings

  • Delivery times

  • Platform performance, uptime, or security

All warranties—express or implied—are explicitly disclaimed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

A. Dotcom Marketing LLC

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed:

the amount paid by you to the Platform in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is less.

B. Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc.

Liability is ZERO.
No claims may be pursued against it under any circumstance.

C. No Consequential Damages

No party may recover:

  • Lost profits

  • Lost data

  • Incidental or punitive damages

  • Indirect or special damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless:

  • Dotcom Marketing LLC

  • Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc.

  • Their affiliates, owners, and employees

from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your products (vendors)

  • Law violations

  • Intellectual property claims

  • Customer disputes

  • Fraud or misconduct

10. Mandatory Binding Arbitration

All disputes must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

  • Location: Miami-Dade County, Florida

  • No court litigation is permitted

  • Arbitrator has exclusive jurisdiction

  • No punitive damages allowed

11. Class Action Waiver

Users and vendors agree not to file or participate in:

  • Class actions

  • Class arbitrations

  • Group lawsuits

  • Mass claims

  • Private attorney-general actions

All disputes must be brought individually.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

13. Termination

Dotcom Marketing LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraud

  • Violations of Terms

  • Illegal activity

  • Poor performance (vendors)

  • Platform abuse

Termination is at the Platform’s sole discretion.

Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc. does not access, process, or receive any user data.

Vendors must ship orders within:

  • 1–3 business days, unless otherwise specified

3. Shipping Times & Carriers

Shipping times vary by vendor, location, and carrier.
Delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Customs

  • Carrier issues

  • Vendor delays

are outside the responsibility of Dotcom Marketing LLC.

4. Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available.

5. International Customs

Buyers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, and import regulations.

1. Vendor-Controlled Returns

All returns and refunds are processed directly by the vendor who sold the product.

Dotcom Marketing LLC:

  • New, unused condition

  • Original packaging

4. Dispute Resolution

🛒 6. VENDOR AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between Dotcom Marketing LLC (“Platform Operator”) and the Vendor (“Vendor”).

1. Relationship of Parties

  • Vendors are independent businesses.

  • No partnership, franchise, joint venture, or agency is created.

  • Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc. has no involvement and zero liability.

2. Commissions

  • First 30 days: 3% commission

  • After 30 days: 7% commission

  • Commissions may change with 3 days advance notice

3. Term & Termination

This Agreement is month-to-month.
Either party may terminate at any time.

Dotcom Marketing LLC may terminate immediately for:

  • Policy violations

  • Illegal activity

  • Fraud

  • Poor vendor performance

  • Customer complaints

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

  • Sell only legal, certified, authentic products

  • Maintain insurance and business licensing

  • Handle shipping, returns, and customer inquiries

  • Ensure product accuracy, safety, and compliance

  • Pay taxes, duties, and regulatory fees

  • Cooperate with compliance audits

5. Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless:

  • Dotcom Marketing LLC

  • Renewable Energy Solutions, Inc.

  • Their owners and employees

from any claims arising from:

  • Products sold

  • Injuries or damages

  • Certification issues

  • Mislabeling

  • Regulatory violations

  • Intellectual property disputes

  • Customer claims

6. Dispute Resolution

Vendor disputes with customers must be handled directly.
If no resolution is reached:

  • Dotcom Marketing LLC may issue a decision

  • Vendor agrees to comply fully

7. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes between Vendor and Platform Operator shall be resolved through:

  • Binding AAA arbitration

  • No class actions permitted

8. Payments

MadeInTurkey.Com collects payments from customers.
Vendor payouts occur after deduction of:

  • Commissions

  • Fees

  • Any penalties
